bad day~

what's wrong today? everything just going wrong...
wrong timing, idiotic clients, forgetting things, wasted trips...

sigh...

i hate days like this.. just drive me crazy *keep coooool*

the power of imagination...
do you believe that if you imagine things or places that makes you happy you will feel better? do you believe that if you imagine yourself sick, you will eventually be sick?

how amazing our brain is, that moment i hear my own breathing, & imagine the nose block hindering the air from getting into my lungs, hot flushes rushed up to my head immediately & heart beat escalated like crazy! the physical experience occurs right after the brain IMAGINED. So if I can control my brain to think of happy places, happy moments, things will be better ya?

It's an experiment to try out..

basketball on sunday was great! altho most ppl usually feel very 'nua' on sunday, but glad all turned up! hahaa =)

everytime feel HEALTHY after playing tooo~~

Finally bought my ikea bed frame! time to set up & bring down my good mattress for good nite rests!!!!!! always getting backaches/ headaches etc..lol~
TONITE i shall use my new pillow 1st!

random wednesday

recently the headaches got more frequent. I tried to feel it going through my head, and often i felt a flow of numbness going around. The thoughts of "something must be wrong" keep floating around, but i tried to ignore it. sigh......

had a nice dinner with sheryl & enlong. what a combi lol~
realised that i dont have much crap to talk about, or rather i am SHYYYYY in front of ppl not tat close with?? HAHAHAHAHAHA act shy only ..sheryl dont puiii
